DOES SKULPIST SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we provide international shipping to customers residing within over 240 different countries. To see if our shipping services are available for your country: select the product you want and then head over to checkout to find out.



WHAT IS THE PAYMENT CURRENCY THAT SKULPIST ACCEPTS?

All prices and payments are automatically converted to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). On the website, there is an option for you to view all items within United States dollars (USD), British Pound Sterling (GBP), the Euro (EUR), and the Japanese Yen (JPY). However, please then note that at checkout all prices are automatically converted into Canadian Dollars (CAD), and will also be listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), instead of being listed in the normal currency standard of your specified country.

When customers who are residing outside of Canada head over to checkout, they may see a cost discrepancy for the price of the item, shipping costs, and/or taxes & duties. Please do not worry as the checkout settings just automatically converts ALL of these prices and costs into Canadian Dollars (CAD), instead of the prices being stated in your country's normal currency standard, which you may have seen stated earlier.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE, TYPE OF ITEM, COLOUR, OR QUANTITY FOR THE ITEMS THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

We can not change any information on an existing order once it has been processed; including but not limited to, the shipping address, billing information, size, item, or quantity. Additionally, orders can not be cancelled after processing.



HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE AN EMAIL RESPONSE FROM SKULPIST?

Please allow 1-3 business days for responses regarding any general inquiries. If you email regarding an order, please include your: name, order number, and the email that you had used to place your order, for when contacting us.



WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

No Returns. No Exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time. If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective, please contact us via email: SKULPIST@GMAIL.COM



HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED?                    

Please allow a maximum of 4-6 business days for us to process your order, once after receiving payment. Due to the expected high demand of our products, all orders will be fulfilled in the order that they are received. Therefore, a certain item may sell out before an item is processed.



HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our timeline for shipping is based on the Canada Post 2014 Parcel Services Commercial Guide and may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, holidays, and other circumstances. Shipping details vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Note that the customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges, shipping duties & taxes, and any additional customs charges that may incur.



CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Orders being shipped within Canada will generally be provided with a tracking number. This number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Orders being shipped Internationally may not receive a tracking number unless the option for having an included shipping tracking number is purchased separately at checkout. If the included shipping tracking number is in fact purchased, then your shipping tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation as well.



IF A SPECIFIC CLOTHING ITEM IS SOLD OUT ONLINE, CAN I STILL PURCHASE THAT SPECIFIC CLOTHING ITEM?

If the specific clothing item is currently sold out online, then it is not available for purchase. Our pieces are created in limited quantities, so there is a high expectation that our pieces will be considered to be sold out quite quickly. Merchandise is limited to the sizes, colours, and variants listed on our website. If a size or variant does not appear online, it is unavailable. Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed. Once your order is processed, we can not do any refunds or exchanges, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.



I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION. HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

In most cases, we process all orders within a maximum of 3-5 business days, after receiving payment. Once the order has been processed, it is then shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Circumstances (but not limited to) such as national holidays, non-business days (weekends), and any situation where high volume online traffic occurs, may all delay this process. Items that are purchased with PayPal eChecks will be expecting higher rates of delay, as these orders will be held onto until the payment/Check is collected.



MY ORDER STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Parcels can be subject to delays due to circumstances (but not limited to) such as national holidays. Please contact us via email at: SKULPIST@GMAIL.COM, and please include your name, order number, and the email that you had used to place your order for when contacting us. Note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.



DOES SKULPIST CHARGE TAX ON ORDERS?

Sales tax will be applied on all domestic orders. Tax is calculated based on the applicable sales tax and use tax laws within each state and/or province. For ALL orders, payment for ANY tax and duty is the responsibility of the buyer.



CAN I USE SKULPIST’S NAME, LOGO, GRAPHICS, OR IMAGES FOR ANY TYPE OF PERSONAL OR COMMERCIAL USE?

Use of the name, any logos, any photos, any graphics, and any images without the prior written consent from SKULPIST is strictly prohibited.
